Property Presentation
As a qualified Home Stager (Property presenter) I provide something unique in the area for my clients.
(Home staging is the preparation of a home to make it appeal to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling more swiftly and for more money). My consultations are bespoke to individual clients home sale/move requirements but can include :- a home visit and full property presentation report with furniture placement / decorating suggestions and cost effectively items to purchase to enhance your properties appeal. Please note home visits are limited to the Sidcup / Bexley and North Kent area .

My First time buyers service supports you throughout the whole buying process from helping you to set a buying criteria , to understanding your property needs and wants and setting a budget and financing. Once we have an idea of what you're looking for I accompany you on viewings assessing each property against your criteria and reassessing along the way . I explain how to add value to a property and know what compromises you may need to make to achieve your goals .
Senior Move
A move from a home you’ve probably lived in for years can be a massive undertaking. As part of my Senior Move package I therefore provide a customised approach to selling your home with complete support although the buying and selling process. I take you step by step through the whole process of buying and selling including getting you and your home ready to downsize and move. I can also act as a buying agent to assist you in finding a new home discussing possible onward options like retirement or assisted living communities or in home aging needs.
