Fees

Fees are always a worry for any potential clients. Due to the nature of my bespoke service my fees are dependent on the services you employ . In the case of purchasing a full bespoke Sell/Buy/Move package  fees are paid through your solicitor on completion of your home sale/purchase.  Smaller /One off purchases payment is due on receipt of invoice .

Of course there are always more competitive rates available but usually with a more limited service.  I encourage potential clients to shop around before making  a  commitment.  Find more information on my fees below.
