Due to the nature of our bespoke services our fees are priced per service solution. However we do endeavour to keep our fees as competitive as possible. Fees are due on completion of the sale/purchase on on completion of the service provided. We do however have fixed fees for the following services :-
This is a popular service. Fees for this service are dependant on the buyers/sellers requirements . This maybe a one off or a fixed number of viewings . One off viewings are charged at £20 per viewing with discounts for multi viewings/Open Houses.
All home consultation fees are a non negotiable fixed price .
