Property presentation (or Home Staging) is a simple and efficient way to ensure your home sells quicker for more ££££ by creating "a look" that stands out and appeals to the highest number of potential buyers   leading to that all important sale.  If you're moving  you may not want to start purchasing new items so my unique "Shop your Home"  re-purposes items you already own with additional high street accessorises  to enhance your homes presentation.  As a qualified property presenter I provide 3 levels of home presentation 'Value', 'Home' and 'Bespoke' dependant on the home owners and homes requirements. 

Consultations include :- a home visit and  full property presentation  report with furniture placement / decorating suggestions and cost effectively items to purchase  to enhance your properties appeal and maximise its value when selling.  Please note all home visits are limited to the London Borough of and surrounding North Kent area.  

Includes :- A  walk through of your home in the buyers eyes  providing verbal recommendations to present your home for sale at low cost . Covers areas such as exterior first impressions  suggestions for light decorating, colour, de-cluttering, cleaning, re-allocation of rooms, re-purposing and relocating furniture. Suggestions for purchasing affordable high street items to enhance your homes presentation are also given.  

Includes :-  A walk through of your home in the buyers eyes and provides a detailed written report.  The report /action plan includes recommendations to present your home for sale covering suggestions for light decorating, colour, de-cluttering , cleaning , re-allocation of rooms to re-purposing items already in the home. The report also provides suggestions for affordable high street items to enhance your homes presentation.
