If your homes been on the market for a while and not selling as an ex estate agent, experienced property developer and home stager I can provide a honest assessment of why your homes not selling and recommend possible changes. I'm happy to work with your estate agent and ensure any changes are reflected in new marketing material and possible price point .
Viewings
Being a ex estate agent I know viewings are an important aspect in selling your home. My viewings are not rushed giving potential buyers plenty of time to view the home and imagine themselves living the lifestyle the home offers. I also host Open Houses these being an efficient viewing service showing a property to as many buyers as possible in a set time period often leading to multiple offers . I like to keep my clients fully informed on feedback from viewings. After each viewing I provide honest ,detailed feedback with suggestions for possible marketing tweaks to achieve that all important sale. Unlike some agents I see negative feedback just as important as positive feedback. It provides a chance to change, improve, innovate and ensure we continually make sure your properties marketing is on point.

Selling your home can mean having to be home for viewings , surveys, EPC's, buyers measuring up etc. etc. with busy lives and family commitments its difficult to juggle life and a busy schedule of home viewings. This service is particularly useful for ensuring your home is viewing ready (includes a pre viewing fluffing service) and is readily accessible during the whole buying process helping to keep delays to a minimum.
